Accounts receivable, on a clock

Get paid before it gets old.

Kurepay sends the invoice, takes the payment, and runs the follow-up on a schedule — so a receivable never quietly turns into a write-off.

Askplain english

Bill by typing a sentence.

Describe the invoice, the plan, or the payment link you want. Kurepay drafts it and then waits — nothing is created, sent, or charged until you approve it.

  • Drafts invoices, plans, and payment links
  • Answers what's outstanding, overdue, or paid
  • Proposes — you confirm. Never writes on its own
  • Respects each teammate's role and permissions

D14remind

Follow-up that doesn't need you.

Overdue invoices enrol themselves. Email and SMS go out on the schedule you set, at hours that won't embarrass you — and the whole thing stops the second the invoice is paid.

  • Email and SMS, on a schedule you control
  • Stops instantly on payment — no awkward chasers
  • Quiet hours respected, every send logged
  • A queue that ranks itself by amount and age

D30escalate

When a nudge isn't enough.

Some invoices need more than a reminder. Reach for a lever that gets the money in without burning the relationship — and stop before the balance ages into something you write off.

Late fees

A flat fee or a percentage, applied on the day you choose.

Interest

Accrues on what's outstanding, at the rate you set.

Settlements

Offer a discount to close an old balance today.

Payment plans

Split the balance and let autopay collect the rest.

Paidsettle

The part you actually wanted.

Money lands, the invoice closes itself, and the receipt has already gone out. Balances tie out on their own — there's nothing left for you to file.

Questions

Before you ask.

Is the assistant safe to let near my billing?

It reads freely and writes nothing. Ask it anything about what's outstanding and it answers instantly; ask it to invoice someone and it hands you a card to review and approve. Nothing is created, sent, or charged without your click, and it can only do what your role allows.

What can my clients pay with?

Card, ACH bank transfer, and Apple or Google Pay — on a branded page, with card details tokenized in the browser so they never touch our servers. You decide whether to absorb processing or pass a compliant surcharge.

Does the follow-up stop when someone pays?

Immediately. A payment ends that invoice's sequence, so nobody gets a reminder for money they've already sent. Every message that did go out stays on the invoice's record.

Can I charge late fees or interest?

Both. Set a flat or percentage late fee, an interest rate, or both — across the board or per client. You choose the rate and stay in control of it; we show you the relevant state guidance as you go.

What does it cost?

A volume-based platform fee plus standard processing. No setup fees, no per-seat pricing, no contract to get out of.
