A platform fee scaled to your volume, plus standard processing on payments. We quote a plan that fits how much you bill and collect — no per-seat surprises.

Are there setup fees?

No. Onboarding — processor credentials, branding, importing your clients — is included.

Do you charge per user?

No. Team members, roles, and permissions are included. Pricing tracks volume, not seats.

What does payment processing cost?

Card and ACH processing is passed through at standard rates. You can also enable surcharging or a convenience fee where it's legal, to recover the cost.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month. We'll talk about annual terms only if they save you money.
